From Garbage to Gold
While sitting at a water-front cafe in Cape Town, Richard Hardiman became annoyed by the plastic garbage floating past the otherwise lovely view of his home town harbour. Then he asked himself the question which seeds all innovation … why? Why has no one solved this problem already?

RanMarine builds drones that remove waste from water, supporting the natural resilience of our oceans and helping Smart Cities to reduce their carbon footprint.
Our fully autonomous drones swim through the water, collecting plastic, trash and other non-biodegradables, whilst gathering data about the environment.
RanMarine drones are learning machines, continuously sharing information with each other and your Smart City.
